Warranty

To ensure the legitimate rights and interests of our customers and help them better use and maintain their products, 3Duncle offers a 1-year warranty and a 1-year extended warranty for this product, and you can get an additional 1-year extended warranty by registering your product.

Policy

Under normal use and maintenance conditions, if the product has performance failures due to material, process or manufacturing problems during the warranty period, we promise to provide warranty service.

Warranty period

Warranty period start date:

a) The warranty period starts from the purchase date indicated on the invoice;

b) In the absence of a valid purchase invoice, the warranty period will be calculated from the date of delivery of the product.

Special note: The above is the standard warranty period of 3Duncle product, and the details will be subject to the purchase and sale contract.

The following conditions are not within the scope of free warranty:

a) Any modification, disassembly or repair not authorized by 3Duncle.

b) Failure or damage caused by personal reasons when using, maintaining or storing the product according to the instructions.

c) Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading during the repair.

d) Damage to the product caused by accident or human action. Such as: liquid, drop, inappropriate input voltage, etc.

e) Damage caused by impact, fire, lightning, flood, human negligence, natural disaster or force majeure.
