Products
The products sold on our 3DUncle.com website are legal and authentic. We are an official distributor for brands such as Creality, 3DMakerpro, Acmer, Artillery and many more.
Our 3d printers are compatible with American Standard, European Standard, UK Standard, Australian Standard, Japanese Standard and so on. We will choose the corresponding country version you need according to the address of your order. If you want a different version, please make a note.
Shipping
Shipping will be free on orders over $49.
Normal delivery is 7-10 business days. However, due to the heavy weight of the 3d printer, sometimes the package will be delayed.
We support countries like USA, EU countries, UK, Canada, Australia and so on. You can choose the country you are ordering from when you checkout. If your country is not shown on the checkout, please contact us. We will find out if the country is available and add it for you.
Your order may be temporarily out of stock and your order needs to be redeployed from another warehouse. Or your logistics tracking number is not updated due to a delay in the logistics company's system. Please don't worry, we will process your order and dispatch your order as soon as possible.
The price of the products on our website is the final price, you don't need to pay additional taxes.
