Reliable Extrusion
The K1C features an all-metal extruder with dual gears, a bolster spring, and a ball plunger, ensuring a strong, consistent grip on the filament. This robust design offers more than 1000 hours of clog-free extrusion.
Quick-Swap Tri-Metal Nozzle
The tri-metal nozzle, made with a steel-tipped copper body and a titanium alloy heatbreak, prevents heat creep and allows for smooth, one-handed swaps. Its durability supports various high-temperature and wear-resistant filaments.
Advanced Cooling System
The K1C's cooling trio includes a hotend fan, part cooling fan, and an auxiliary fan, all working together to minimize heat creep, harden extruded plastic instantly, and improve overall print quality by reducing stringing and warping.
Supports Carbon Fiber Filaments
With a 300℃ hotend and hardened steel nozzle tip, the K1C excels in printing carbon fiber-filled filaments. Its PEI flexible plate and enclosed design create a high-temperature environment for stronger, more precise prints.
